Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please let me know did you bought the Office product from HP directly or purchased it from the Microsoft store.
You can try to find the key from the below step if it's installed from HP.
How to Find Office Product Key via CMD:
1. Press Windows + S and type cmd.
2. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
3. In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter:
4. If the product key is stored in the system's BIOS/UEFI (for OEM pre-installed Office), it will be displayed.
If still not able to locate the details, I would request you to please let us know if it was purchased with the PC and also share the Pc serial number so we can help you better.
