My Carepack Purchase hasn't been Delivered.

Hi All, 

I recently purchased a carepack/extended warranty for my Omen. In the order details it is showing as the order is waiting to be shipped. Like how in the world a warranty purchase get's shipped it's not even a physical purchase. I have been an Hp user for the last 8-9 years but now I am questioning my purchase of the HP omen. The customer service is not good
