Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)


 After making some changes to the Registry Editor to try and fix my on-screen keyboard not showing automatically in tablet mode, the problem was not fixed and after restarting the laptop, it doesn't boot correctly anymore.  Most times it's stuck in this loading mode(picture shown) or the screen will just go blank

 

I've tried power resetting with no success... All the tips I'm seeing online about BIOS update is not working at all
