On my HP 15s laptop, the critical battery level is set to 7%, which is unable to be altered (when altered the critical level resets to 9%). I want to reduce it to 3%. I have tried editing it from setting as well tried using Command Prompt

Hello @CheruvilVishal

The battery should never and permanently be discharged too deeply

- 10% is Windows standard, but this is still too low

- I recommend a value of 20%, better 30% to get a good battery life

  • Set this for:
    - Low battery level
    - Critical battery level
