Product: HP Laptop PC 17-by4000 (18B36AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP 17-by4xxx absolutely will not stay asleep.
The powercfg command reported NO DEVICES should be able to wake my laptop. I verified in Device Manager that all HID, Keyboard, and Mouse devices listed in have the "wake the computer" boxes unchecked on their Power Management tab (on those that have it). Yet if I swipe touchpad, click one of its' buttons, touch a keyboard button or even just jiggle my laptop it wakes up. The only device that "responds" properly is the USB connected external mouse.
It is impossible to pack my laptop for travel if sleeping, I HAVE TO just shut it down.
