Basically, I don't have a CD Drive, I've been looking everywhere around my HP PC. I just want to inject a disc so I can watch a movie... Obviously not...

Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community! I came across your post and wanted to assist you. 

After reviewing your post, I understand you have an HP laptop and having concern with the optical drive. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.

 

Many PC's now don't have Optical drive as they are very slim. So, I would suggest here is to purchase a External optical drive, as they are cheap. You can purchase the external optical drive from HP shopping using this link.

My hp laptop dosnt have a CD drive and I was about to start a course which I have to insert a disk.. Not happy.. who would of thought to look for a CD drive when purchasing a laptop! Unfortunately I purchased my laptop some time ago and can not return it.
