HP Laptop 15g-dr0006TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an HP Laptop 15g-dr0006TX. Every 10 seconds, the laptop freezes for 2-3 seconds. Has been happening continuously since 5 hours. Irrespective of the number or nature of apps open, it freezes. Please help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I recommend you perform a system test on the computer to make sure that there are no hardware failures.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system test.

If the system test pass, then I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when everything was working fine following the steps in the below article.
