My HP Rechargeable MPP2.0 is not working

I've been normally using my MPP 2.0 pen for a month, and then it just stopped working yesterday. I tried to charge it but is still unable to write on the screen. What should I do?

@pom_pom_ -- HP offers a 12-month warranty on its products. So, contact HP Support, and open a "case" (as HP calls it) to make a claim against the warranty. HP will repair/replace it, at their expense.
