Product: HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a HP Envy x360 convertible 15-es2xxx laptop and it comes with a stylus pen. I never used it since I brought the laptop back in 2024. I turned it on a few times, just to see if it would go on. Now I am trying to use it 2025 and i don't know if it turns on or not, there's no light. I have tried charging it for 20 seconds to 1 hour and nothing. I don't know what to do and how to see if my pen is operable condition. Is there a light that goes on when the pen gets turned on? I even forgot how to turn it on. What should I do? How do I get to work/turn? when that does happen, how do I Bluetooth it to my laptop?

What is your pen ? Your machine is compatible with

 

             Pen (Zenovo, natural silver finish, with cord) part # L95614-001
