My HP laptop won't download HP Smart

Product: HP Deskjet 2700e series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I keep getting the Error message --Oops 302 Something went wrong when I try to download HP Smart so I can connect a new wireless printer. I tried to download HP smart on 2 HP laptops and they won't take it.
