Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

bought this HP Spectre 360 in April and it wont stay on after unplug the power supply. I have the original receipt from bestbuy. It turns off completely after unplug the battery.l charger. I have original charger.  wont turn on or no activity with power button when unplugged. Paid $1400 for it. It's only 4months old. Now it's dead. How do I get it fixed

 

Just for HP support I tried solutions you posted for similar issues and troubleshooting steps wont work sorry
