I reinstalled my WINDOWS 10 HOME Operating System and ran into two problems:
1) INTEL Trusted execution engine interface driver has a problem, showing an exclamation point in triangle
2) Bluetooth will not work and seems to be inaccessible
I am not sure whether the bluetooth problem is a domino effect of the trusted execution driver failure. I have researched the entire internet to find a workaround solution to this, but to no avail. Does anyone know the solution ?

@BJCINTL The fact that this is a domino effect can be confirmed only when we know how the OS was reinstalled, was it using the HP Recovery media or did you use a retail copy of windows to get this done,
And one of the main reasons HP doesn't suggest using a retail copy of windows is because it creates such issues, compared to usage of the recovery media which pre-installs the applications and drivers that avoid these issues, its very rare that you'd have such issues after using the HP recovery media or partition (f11).
Meanwhile, I suggest you update the BIOS, Chipset and the Graphics card to attempt to fix the issue: Click here to find and install the same.
Let me know how that pans out,
