HP Laptop 15-bsoxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I checked out the task manager, there are more than thirty "service host:" type of services are running.

And from the time of turning on my pc, these services takes ram approx. 16mb. From 16mb it starts increasing in 0.1mb space, and it goes on upto 45mb approx. for each service.

And now it consumes upto 80% ram. (I have 8GbB RAM).

What should i do?

Simple answer - NOTHING -- modern Windows OSs use LOTS of system services.

If you disable ANY of them, you risk trashing the OS and having it not work anymore.

How much system memory do you have on the PC?

It might be doing Windows Updates as those come out nearly every Tuesday -- and that will run in the background, generating tasks and using up CPU power.

If you want to tackle manually configuring services to disable the ones you don't need, then this is the site to go to for that kind of information:  http://www.blackviper.com/service-configurations/black-vipers-windows-10-service-configurations/

But, we here are unable to provide any assistance in this.

Not the Website. The usage of my RAM it is about 80%. And after an hour of working, it freeze. Suddenly the display shuts down. And also the system works too slow.
