Hello @Daya1024

Thanks for reporting.

You are on an uncertain path with Windows 11 ...

Recommendation and solution

You should downgrade to Windows 10 because Windows 11 has not been officially tested and released by <HP> and there are no Windows 11 drivers  available.

(1) Make backup copies of the most important personal files and data to external <USB hard drive>.

(2Downgrade

Please read and follow the guide carefully !

Downgrade from Windows 11 to Windows 10

See Section <How to downgrade Windows 11 to Windows 10 after 10 days>

Hello , as you directed I downgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and my touchpad started working properly but today again the same issue arrived and the touchpad has again stopped working . The touchpad driver is like always lost from the device manager and there is not touchpad settings in the settings. What should I do now to resolve the issue ?
