Hello, my USB ports (and my usbc charging point barely works) have stopped working again my machine is constantly having problems (never happened with my Dell which I am having to use now for a deadline). Also my windows will not update now too. (there are apparently updates needed but it keeps failing) repair wont work on advanced settings. Really don't want to have to reset this laptop again, but is it my best option. HP support were horrendous before weeks of agro and then having to send my laptop off for ages with no updates. Hopefully someone can help advise asap.
