HP ZBook Fury 16 G10 Mobile Workstation PC (7B632AV)

We have purchased a ZBook 16 G10 (main specs see below) for architecture and interior design work.

Today we have a huge problem, as the workstation that has incredible specs and should run even a couple of high consuming apps simultaneously without any issues, cannot run even one (such as SketchUp or Twin motion) without lagging after every move. We have made all the adjustments that were suggested by the OS, official and un-official HP, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Windows and Nvidia forums, but nothing seems to work. And now we are not quite sure what to do and how to solve this issue. As we live in Klaipeda, Lithuania it's quite challenging to schedule a professional viewing of the computer, with one small service center that is listed as official representative of HP...

If any of you had similar issues or have some kind of solutions, please share! We'll appreciate it a lot! But please note that we have tried all the basic things, and none of them helped...
