Hi @Senggrik,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your Bluetooth is not working on your device. Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Check if Bluetooth is turned on
Open Settings and go to Bluetooth & devices.
Make sure the Bluetooth switch is turned On.

Restart the device
Shut the device down completely and turn it back on.
This refreshes Bluetooth services that may be stuck.

Turn Airplane mode off
Check Quick Settings and confirm Airplane mode is disabled.
Airplane mode turns off Bluetooth automatically.

Power reset the device
Turn the device off and unplug the power adapter (if applicable).
Hold the power button for 15 seconds, then reconnect power and turn it on.

Check Bluetooth in Device Manager
Open Device Manager and look for Bluetooth.
If Bluetooth is missing, disabled, or shows a warning symbol, it will not work.

Enable or reinstall the Bluetooth driver
If the Bluetooth device is disabled, enable it.
If it shows an error, uninstall the driver and restart so it reinstalls automatically.

Run system updates
Open Windows Update and install all available and optional updates.
Bluetooth issues are often fixed through driver or system updates.

Test with another Bluetooth device
Try pairing a different Bluetooth device.
This helps confirm whether the issue is with Bluetooth itself or a specific accessory.

I hope this helps.
