Hi @Jedwards8411,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Stream 14 isn't connecting to your phone, here are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue.

Check Bluetooth Settings: Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your HP Stream and your phone. On your computer, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices and ensure Bluetooth is turned on. On your phone, check that Bluetooth is enabled and in pairing mode.

Remove and Re-Pair Devices: On your HP Stream, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, find your phone in the list, and remove it. Then try pairing the phone again.

Update Drivers: Ensure your Bluetooth drivers are up to date. You can check for updates through Device Manager:

  • Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
  • Expand the Bluetooth section.
  • Right-click on your Bluetooth adapter and select Update driver.

Restart Devices: Restart both your HP Stream and your phone to reset any temporary connectivity issues.

Check for Interference: Make sure there are no other devices causing Bluetooth interference. Try pairing in a different location if possible.

Check Bluetooth Compatibility: Ensure that both your HP Stream and your phone support the same Bluetooth versions and profiles.

Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter: On your HP Stream, go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, select Additional troubleshooters, and run the Bluetooth troubleshooter.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
