Product: Hp G60
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My hp G60 laptop is running very slow. I even decided to install Windows 10 64bit on but the problem is still the same. I'm not even able to watch a 10 second video on the laptop since it usually says 'not responding'. I checked my hard drive and its working fine so I'm not sure where the problem is from. Please help me its really frustrating.

Is the video a local file or are you streaming it from the Internet?
Also, HOW did you check the drive -- please provide the details of what you did.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
