Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es0000 (268U2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop will not power on at all. It shows the charging light, but it won't turn on. I need my computer for the upcoming semester. I have tried contacting hp support through the online chat and I keep getting "Disconnected. This support session cannot be started". I have tried every browser. Also, my battery is sealed,  so any recommendations about removing battery will not work for me.
