My hp probook 11 ee g1 notebook not charging even after updating bios for past 4 days i have tried but it remains constant at 8 % battery i have also tried to press the power button for a few seconds but the problem still is exsisting what might be the problem

The most likely reason for battery not charging is because it has failed and needs to be replaced. Another possibility is the AC charger failing and providing less power than rated. If it keeps the computer on then it should be able to charge the battery when the computer is turned off, so the charger is an unlikely culprit.
