ENVY: Bang & Olufsen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello HP,

I bought ENVY Bang & Olufsen pin pack in 2016, i am 100% satisfied with the laptop, but now it has small issue. My keybaod alphabets start removing, the alphabet "S", "N", "K", "C" and "D" are removed and it the buttons are covered with black circle. What is the solution for that? How can i replace it with original buttons? Is it possible to replace the buttons? please let me know thank you.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

You cannot replace the Buttons alone, the whole Keyboard needs to be replaced

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you
