My laptop screen is blank,My laptop [Personal Information Removed] and software/ Drivers are not available in HP support, How can i restore my laptop Bios.

Sure they are. The drivers and software are at the notebook's portal in the web document below.
You can download the BIOS here. https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp79501-80000/sp79531.exe
The download, when opened, will offer the option of either updating the BIOS or creating a BIOS flash drive to use and update the notebook.

My product Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]and my
Product ID: HP Pavilion 15-e039tx Notebook PC. My operating system is windows 10.After the upgradation of my notebook ram when I turn on my laptop caps lock is blinking & wifi/f12 light is also glowing but the screen remains blank.

Ahhh!
You upgraded the installed RAM!
You should have led with that.
If you upgraded the memory with other than guaranteed compatible memory and did not replace both modules, that is very likely to be what is causing your issues.
Simply adding a module that is not precisely identical to the one installed is not the most reliable way to upgrade the memory.
I suggest removing the module that you added to see if your notebook boots again normally to a Windows desktop.
Upgrading the BIOS is not going to help.
I recommend that you leave the BIOS alone until after the memory issue is resolved.
