Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Notebook.Model no-15-ba001ax. My laptop battery is not charged after 80%,after 80% battery icon shows plugedin,not charging & also the battery indicator light sign to full charge.I have done the process bellow-

1.Uninstall the battery software.

2.Remove the  battery & insert again,then start.

3.Update the Bios & windows update also.

4.Calibrate the battery through Hardware Diagnostics window by pressing F2

Every result is fine ,bt still battery is not charged.Pls help me to solved this..m tird enough.. pls

I recommend you follow the below steps to restore the BIOS defaults and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when the battery was getting charged correctly.

last night i get these battery details,pls have a look...& pls tell me about the failure id .And also pls tell me that my battery is under warranty or not......

It looks like the battery is gone bad and needs replacement. I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in getting the battery replaced and they will also let you know the warranty information.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
