Hi community, please I need your help. My laptop stopped charging immediately after a system update last month. Whenever I plug in the adapter, it indicates the amber light which shows that the adapter is plugged in but the battery doesn't increase. The battery is totally dead now and I can't use it again. If I plug it in now, it turns on but keeps on booting and doesn't leave the login screen. Please who can help me out on what's wrong and what to do. I'm a freelancer and it's affecting my work.
