Hello community and support from HP,
The laptop was purchased 3 years ago and has been given very little use.
The strange thing is that one day I try to turn on and didn't work, and I thought it was because the battery had little charge, so I plugged it in and turned it on and appeared the next message "(A7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpilock Failed" and it power off, I tried it again and finally the laptop was turn on.
The next day I checked again the laptop and doesn’t turn on any more.
when I press the power button in any moment the white light turned on as if it was starting but suddenly it turn off.
The light on the power connector remains orange. Since then the machine does not react.
I am aware that the warranty expired, but I would like to recover it since the use has been minimal and when I bought the product I did it with the intention of having a tool that was up to the investment.
Thanks in advance for yours opinions,

Sorry, but from your description, in terms of "recovering it" in the sense of getting it working again without losing anything in the process, that appears very unlikely.
What you describe tends to indicate a serious hardware failure, and not software, and that would require you to take or send the PC to an HP service center to have it examined to see if it can be repaired. If they do that, they will most likely reset the entire PC in the process, removing everything.
For a repair estimate, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
If you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:

Thank you very much Mr. Wawood,
I appreciate the intention. The diagnosis leaves me speechless, since it is a laptop with very little use. I have had other computers that continue to work after 5 years and without repairs, it is disappointing that the equipment is not up to what I was expecting,
Grateful.

I certainly understand you level of disappointment with a laptop only 3 years old -- but the limitation we're working under is that we HERE, have no way of examining it or diagnosing it to determine the problem.
It could be something simple, easy and cheap to fix.
Or, it could be something harder and more expensive -- like a failing drive or motherboard.
Unless you have a qualified Tech look at it, you won't know what the problem is, nor will you know what it will cost to fix it.
We have no way, from here, to do that for you.
