Product: hp laptop 15-da0014dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For some time now my battery only charges when my computer is shutdown or in sleep mode. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling microsoft compliant control battery method and checked for windows updates and autosearched for driver updates, everything is up to date. When I ran the battery and ac adapter component tests, the battery passed but the ac adapter came back with this code, 94PFK1-967ABC-XD7W3G-C1B203. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Well i cant relly help but this might help. The input of the wire might be lower then the overall consuption of the computer, This might not let it charge. Also chargeing a laptop while its off will help save the battery. So this could be a good thing, Or a start too something bad.
