Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop won’t turn up after an update and wont turn on I have followed your direction but it won’t start and I am a uni student with deadline in the next week

We're not mind readers here -- if you want help, then at least tell us the error message it shows -- and give us the exact wording, not some summary.  Without that, we have no way of even guessing the issue.

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the notebook?
