Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this laptop before 3 months. But from the past two months, my laptop is overheating even after running small programs like using Firefox, Edge, etc, which is really inconvenient. Even my audio is soo less that i could barely hear even if the volume is in 100. Even if i try to use my laptop while charging, it is getting too heated up. i couldn't place the laptop on my lap, a table, basically nothing. I just hope i get a accurate solution for my problem.
