@SANKETK78

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, the "Yes" option is missing in the UAC prompt.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Let's try these steps -

1) In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, right-click Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.
2) In Command Prompt type - SHUTDOWN /R /O -T 00 and press Enter.

shutdown recovery option command

3) Wait for the computer to restart. The advanced boot options screen will be displayed.
4) Click on "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Command Prompt" >
5) In Command Prompt type - NET USER ADMINISTRATOR /ACTIVE
:YES and press Enter to enable the Administrator account.

6) Exit the command prompt by typing exit and press enter.
7) Reboot the PC and use the built-in administrator to troubleshoot the issue.
8) Press Windows + R key once you boot into the desktop.
9) Type the command
netplwiz to open User Account settings.
10) Select the account where the Yes option in User Account Control is missing.
11) Click on Properties > Group Membership.
12) Click on the Administrator radio button.
13) Select Apply, and click on OK.
14) Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Hope this helps!

Let me know how that goes.
