My touchpad is not working after windows 11 update. I have installed all versions of touchpad drivers. but it's not working. system is up to date including bios. If I install a touchpad driver, It is not shown in device manager. It is under hidden driver and shows a device status- This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24). My touchpad is not worked sometimes even if I was in windows 10 also. Uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. But all solutions are not working. Asked in service center also. they checked and said that there is hardware issue, It might be a software issue and told me to wait for an update. Please help me to solve this issue
