Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 (76T01AV)

My Victus laptop has actually been having charging issues for a while now. Every time I plugged it in, it wouldn’t start charging immediately. I had to plug and unplug it several times before it finally started charging. But now, it’s completely stopped charging. It never charges while the PC is on. When I run a diagnostics test, it shows that the AC adapter is not recognized at all when the computer is powered on. However, it charges normally when the laptop is turned off.

This is my final exam period, so I urgently need your help. I really rely on my computer right now. Please assist me as quickly as possible.
