I purchased my laptop from online store (Amazon) on the 31-08-2022. But when I checked the warranty of my laptop it is showing its warranty activated on 15-04-2022.
Remaining 8 months of warranty. Please tell me what to do?

HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.
So, the longer the PC remains unsold, the less time remains on the warranty.
You can have the warranty start and end dates adjusted by one of two methods:
1. Submit an online warranty dispute form.
2. Contact HP customer support and work with a customer services rep to get the warranty start and end dates adjusted.
