@priyu143, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're facing frequent issues with your Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz adapter on Windows 11, where Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disappear and show Code 10 or Code 45 errors. Let's work through this step-by-step to resolve it.

Power Cycle and Hardware Check

  • Shut down your PC completely.
  • Unplug the power adapter and remove the battery (if removable).
  • Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
  • Reconnect everything and power on.

This helps reset hardware states and can fix intermittent detection issues.

Check Device Manager

  1. Press Win + X → select Device Manager.
  2. Expand Network Adapters and Bluetooth.
  3. If you see the Intel Wireless-AC 9560 with a yellow warning icon:
    • Right-click → Uninstall device.
    • Check Delete the driver software for this device.
    • Restart your PC.

Reinstall Latest Drivers

Use HP and Intel sources to reinstall clean drivers.

HP Support Assistant (Recommended)

Intel Driver & Support Assistant

  • Download Intel DSA
  • It will auto-detect and install the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for your Intel 9560 adapter.

BIOS Update (if available)

Sometimes outdated BIOS can cause hardware detection issues.

  • Visit: Official HP® Support
  • Enter your PC model and check for BIOS updates.
  • Follow on-screen instructions carefully to update.

Disable Power Saving for Wireless Adapter

  1. Go to Device Manager → right-click Intel Wireless-AC 9560 → Properties.
  2. Under Power Management, uncheck:
    • “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”

Also:

  • Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change plan settings > Advanced settings.
  • Expand Wireless Adapter Settings → set to Maximum Performance.

Run Network Troubleshooter

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
  • Run Network Adapter and Bluetooth troubleshooters.

If Issue Persists

If the adapter still disappears or shows Code 10/45:

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
