After i've used the undervoltind feature in the omen command center the cpu percentage has desappeared and instead of that it has appeared ND, and the undervolting page doesn't show any date anymore like the temperature and the volts.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting the system vital information after undervolting the CPU.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110001-110500/sp110270.exe
If you continue facing the issue, then uninstall the Omen command center from the device manager and then download and install it from the Microsoft store.
