Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

was attempting to pin the icon of printer on my computer which has not happened and then tried to scan for first time from my computer and it states that it can't find my computer to connect to scan on the printer.  Even though, the printer is on my computer and is default.
