Product: HP EliteBook 660 16 inch G11 Notebook PC (902F5AV)

Hi HP, 

Could Could please give me some information regarding the HP EliteBook 660 G11. 

My organisation have brought bunch of these laptop with the IR camera installed but even out of the box the IR Camera does not work for Windows Hello. 

 

Is there any new IR drivers available for the EliteBook devices.

The Universal camera Works as expected but the IR sensor do not turn on. 

IR Camera is showing in Device manager and we have tried to search and download new drivers
