Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I got crushes several times a day with my computer and all can do is forced shutdown by the power button on my laptop. Everytime my computer started, NVIDIA pops up a windows said that:

"C:\Users\AppDATA\Local\NVIDIA\NvBackend\ApplicationOntology\NvOAWrapperCache.exe can not start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows."

So I was wondering if this is the reason for crush and my laptop always down when I using Chrome for Youtbute frequently.

My hardward is NVIDIA GeForce 940M.

Thanks for any reply or help in advance.
