HP ZBook Ultra G1a 14 inch Mobile Workstation PC (AY8K3AV)
Linux

The copilot key on the ZBook Ultra G1a is frustratingly useless as-is. Please add to the next BIOS update a new option to let users remap the copilot key to "right control", "right meta/super", or an additional function key. Personally I would prefer right control.

The way it works now, the key simulates pressing and immediately releasing left meta, left shift, and f23. This is impossible to remap from the operating system because of the immediate release. In KDE Plasma 6 (on arch linux) it can't even read the F23 part of the key combination, so this key is literally completely unusable for the moment.

I'm aware of various hacks people have tried, but the proper solution here is for HP to add this BIOS option that I suggested above.
