After update my camera driver has gone from device management. I reset my laptop then also camera is not working. i could not find camera driver for my laptop - HP Pavilion 13-u131tu. Can someone send the link where i can download the camera driver for my laptop directly.

Usually, the computer uses the Windows built-in drivers for the webcam. I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

Sorry For late reply,

 

i did troubleshoot but it won't work. And as documentation i dont have restore point which have working camera i just did factory reset but agian camera is not working and even it is not showing into device manager.

It looks like a hardware malfunction and I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with tech support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
