I currently have an issue where I had reinstalled windows 11 through a usb drive. All of the drivers are non-functional. I need downloadable drivers to install onto my laptop
Here are the drivers that don't work/exist
"Generic Bluetooth Adapter"
"Multimedia Controller"
"Network Controller"
"PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller"
"PCI Device"
"PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller"
"SM Bus Controller"
Then three Unknown devices

Also, for my model laptop (HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ey0013dx), there isn't software where it says there should be. I can't even access the internet on my laptop due to these complications with the drivers.

Below is the link to the W11 driver page for your notebook:

According to the parts list you need the Mediatek Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers.
Download those drivers first from another PC, copy them to a USB flash drive so you can download the rest directly from your notebook.
I noticed the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth drivers on your notebook's support page are not the newest ones available, so here are the links to the newer ones:
Wi-Fi:

Bluetooth:

Some of those devices SM Bus, PCI encryption) need the AMD chipset driver installed which HP does not provide.

Windows update will probably install several others.
If you need help finding drivers for any devices that still need them, post the hardware IDs for those devices so I can figure out what drivers they need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

Ok thank you, I got the laptop to work. But, the command center where I could choose different modes such as "quiet", "balanced" "Power saving" "Cool" "Performance" and network boosting. This came with the computer and is no longer on said computer. Where can I get this software? I looked in Microsoft store and the HP display center is not what I had.

You're very welcome.
This is the only app that I know of that resembles what you are describing:

Your other option is to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
