Need HP JUMPSTART BACK ON MY MACHINE ASAP.... NEED IT LIKE YESTERDAY (LAST WEEK)

I was having issues with my PC so I took it in to my local shop to have a HARD restore on it. And when they did that, they did not restore ANY HP software. I am trying to now download all this crap myself. Super frustrating.

 @eschreiber If you don't like these apps, why do you want it back on the PC? It's just useful in navigating the windows for beginners, that said, if the store tech didn't use the HP Recovery manager to reinstall the OS none of the factory shipped programs would be reinstalled, you will need to make use of the HP Cloud recovery to obtain the recovery manager: click here for details.

Read my response. I NEVER SAID I DONT LIKE the apps or computer. I said I was having issues with it. There is a difference between the two phrases.

Super frustrating.", didn't mean to offend you, just curious to know why you need it back, also, did you happen to check the link I shared to use the recovery manager? let me know if you did and need any assistance regarding the same.
