Hi @Prince044,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Spectre x360 laptop is not detecting or working properly with the HP Z5000 Bluetooth mouse, and you’re looking for drivers. Let’s go through a few steps to get this resolved.

Check Mouse Power & Pairing

Make sure the Z5000 has fresh batteries installed.

Turn the mouse on and press the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode (the LED should blink).

Remove Old Pairing

On your Spectre x360, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices.

If the Z5000 is already listed, remove (unpair) it before re-pairing.

Verify Bluetooth is Working

Press Windows + X > Device Manager > Bluetooth.

Ensure your Bluetooth adapter is listed and enabled.

If it shows errors, uninstall it and reboot so Windows reinstalls the driver.

Install/Update Bluetooth Drivers

Visit HP Support Drivers page.

Enter your exact Spectre x360 model number and download the latest Bluetooth driver for Windows 10/11.

Install the driver and restart your laptop.

Pair the Mouse Again

Go to Bluetooth & devices > Add device > Bluetooth.

Select HP Z5000 when it appears in the list and complete pairing.

Check HID (Human Interface Device) Drivers

In Device Manager > Human Interface Devices, confirm no yellow warning icons.

If needed, right-click and update driver for “Bluetooth HID Device.”

Run Windows Updates

Go to Settings > Windows Update and check for pending updates.

This can automatically install missing drivers for Bluetooth peripherals.

I hope this helps.

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀
