Dear banhien, thank you for your answer. Although my machine is Spectre x360 G2, not HP Spectre x360 15-ap012dx, I tried... but, unfortunately, received this massage: "This BIOS update is not compatible with this device".
Actually, I do not see any problems during the work on my notebook, but after Major Windows Update there are sign on the Widows Defender Security Center/Device security, with massage :"A firmware update is needed for your security processor (TPM)".
This is a LOG for device:

Our school has nearly 100 EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF PCs with the TPM update alert message as well. Folling the links we end at a disapointing result. the screen captures below are out of sequence but in the end the update failed to install. We need a fix for this.

After much tinkering (and reading the error message) we found a solution. The EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF machines need the TPM firmware updated from 1.2 to 2.0. The file downloaded from the HP support site failed with an error message that it could not find the BIN file. The BIN files are in a subfolder named C:\SWSetup\SP87492\SCR, we copied the BIN files from \SCR folder to the parent folder named C:\SWSetup\SP87492\ with the EXE files and the TPM firmware BIN file was found and the program proceeded to update the TPM to ver. 2.0. Now Windows Security Center has a green checkmark and the error message is gone.
