Ah k, so the Radeon Software Crimson Edition Beta includes both the processor and graphics adapter? i upgraded to w10 earlier but switched it back to w8.1 because it was getting too hot. Wasn't sure about the w10 drivers till i was able to talk to you.

HP Recommended

Yes, I believe the Beta driver will install a graphics driver around 5 or 6 months newer than the WHQL driver W10 installs.

Awesome, i believe that covers much or all of it, thanks so much!  5 stars for you!

You're very welcome.

Let me know if I can be of any further help.

Actually was wondering is it ok to install over the previous drivers or youd recommend a clean install. i ask because i dont see which is chipset in the uninstaller or device manager and it seems the amd folder mixes several things.. seems confusing. Also several keys on one of the laptops no longer work.. caps, b, n, - etc.. is there something i can do to fix it? Thanks!

HP Recommended

You can install the drivers 'over' the existing ones.

They will be overwritten.

Unfortunately, I would not be able to help you with the keys not working and suggest you start a new topic on that.

k, some like the audio says its not supported. seems the os or bios arent giving a proper charge to the keyboard as the other laptops caps are stuck now too.
