Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I've got a HP Notebook-15-af165sa. It came with Windows 10 pre-installed which crashed.

I am unable to find or obtain a recovery disk so I installed Windows 7 64bit  but I am unable to find drivers for Windows 7 on HP site.

 

Also contacted Currys where the item was purchased, who where most unhelpful. 

 

Current setup: Incorrect Video Driver. NO WiFi / Ethernet ... USB ports 1 & 2 not working ... Bluetooth not working ... On-Board Camera not working ... These are just the ones I've noticed up to now ... There will of course be others ..

 

Appreciate any help getting drivers for it, or getting  Wireless working so that I can browse the internet.

THIS WIPES EVERYTHING OFF THE HARD DRIVE.

Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F11 key, about once every second,
until the Choose an option screen is displayed, and then continue.

 


On the Choose an Option screen, click Troubleshoot, and work your way through the screens.

Hi, @Ex-Pilot 

 

You can use all of the W7 x64 drivers and software from the 15-af000 on your notebook, except the BIOS, chipset and firmware files.

In addition, you will need to download and install the AMD chipset drivers, which will install devices such as the smbus and USB controller.  Select the W7 x64 chipset driver file from the link below.   Restart the PC after installing the driver.
