Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Do you know where I can find a driver to install for this computer? Its needed to fix a scanning issue, the website says this particular driver is outdated and no longer available.

There are two things I need more information

 

1. ... a scanning issue: What do you mean scanning ? Scanning from a scanner or from MFP/AIO printer or something else ?

2. HP Envy Dv6: What is it ?   Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:


            https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824


           Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
