I have had issue with running any software requiring graphics use like Autocad and the likes, any time i open such software, I get a BSOD of either video scheduler, TDR, and others, I have updated all drivers and also tried all solutions online. I finally uninstalled the NVIDIA and all was Ok, all software works fine no hangs, however the 2Gig dedicated is almost useless because of this issue. I need the graphics card utilised to be able to run other tools. I need to get Nvidia back without any issues.
Please kindly help. I would also need assistance with the 3D VIDEO CONTROLLER DRIVER for my spec shown above.

Regards

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to install the latest Nvidia graphics driver from your notebook's support page.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82808.exe

If you continue to have issues like you described, most likely the nVidia GPU has overheated over the course of time and has become damaged.

Whenever I update the Nvidia to the latest I get freezes and Video Scheduler error, I had to change to only the driver that i saw on the products Home page, I have had to add Autocad and other software to the powersaving mode under the graphics setting even when using Chrome can be hellish, I get freezes until I added Chrome to the list, Whenever I start the system I get a DPC error and after its shuts down, I get a Power state error, I have done all possible fixes I am tired. Makes the PC useless. I never had these issues when I got the PC about 5months ago and i had all drivers updated and all softwares were fine without adding them to power saving . Now I dont know what to do, why do I have to have two automatic restarts(DPC and Powerstate) everytime i want to work?

Please note that I have also changed the Nvidia setting to use the CPU. Please help
