Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok so I had this laptop for a little more over 5years. I don’t want to get a new one. My laptop screen is broken on the inside due to me forgetting about my laptop being on my bed and I threw an air freshener which it the screen. I’m currently trying to schedule an appointment to get it fixed but can’t because I don’t know my device model of it. Just need help on where to find it? Laptop is broken so I won’t be able to get it on there.
