Your PC isn't supported by HP for W10.
If you don't want to risk running the BIOS update in W10, you can update the BIOS outside of Windows by making a USB BIOS recovery drive.

According the the S/N you posted, your notebook comes with an Intel i7-13700H processor which means you would use the BIOS update for the Intel H processors, not the HX processors.

The release notes for the update indicate that you cannot go back to an older version once you update the BIOS, so make sure you want to do this.

You don't seem to understand...
Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10 and no W10 drivers, BIOS updates, etc., were ever released for it.
I've already given you the BIOS update file link, and the detailed instructions are in the video for how to update the BIOS outside of Windows.
